Cap. 13 Art. 269Garnishee order against a party to an account.

Any creditor of any of the parties to an account current may sue out a garnishee order against his debtor in the hands of the other party to the account, provided that any such order shall be operative only when and if a final balance is found for such debtor on the winding up of the account.
