Cap. 13 Art. 237How right of recourse may be exercised.
Sub-title I
The holder of a bill protested for non-payment may exercise his right of recourse against all the obligors jointly, or against only one or some of them, without forfeiting his right of recourse against the others not sued on the bill, and he shall not be bound to follow the order of the endorsements.
