Le bénéficiaire d'un congé pour invalidité temporaire imputable au service conserve ses avantages familiaux.

Les fonctionnaires qui perçoivent une indemnité de résidence au moment où ils sont placés en congé pour invalidité temporaire imputable au service en conservent le bénéfice dans les conditions prévues à l'article 26.
