S.L. const.2 Art. 91Introduction of a bill.

Subject to the provisions of standing order 82 every bill shall be brought in upon motion made and question put "that leave be given to bring in such a bill", unless it be brought up by a committee appointed to draft the same in accordance with a resolution of the House.
