S.L. const.2 Art. 58Motion that member be not heard, etc.

A motion may, however, be made that a member who has risen "be now heard"; or that a member who is speaking "be not heard" or "be not further heard".

This motion if accepted by the Speaker or the Chairman of Committee shall be put forthwith and decided without amendment or debate.
