S.L. const.2 Art. 36Questions of privilege.

A motion on a matter of privilege arising during the sitting of the House is entitled to precedence over all other business. A motion on a matter of privilege not arising during the sittings of the House shall be made on the earliest opportunity and may be made before the commencement of public business.
