S.L. const.2 Art. 34No motion to be moved on day of notice. When motion is to be considered as withdrawn.

(1) No motion shall be moved on the same day on which the notice is given except as provided by standing order 13.

(2) A motion shall be considered as withdrawn if it is not moved within one month from the day on which the notice was given, unless the notice be renewed.
