S.L. const.2 Art. 22Mode of giving notice.

Notice of a question or motion shall be given by delivering a copy thereof to the Clerk of the House. Such copy shall be fairly written, and shall bear the signature of the member who will bring it on. At least three days’ notice shall be given for a question or for a motion.
