S.L. const.2 Art. 167Tickets of admission.

Every member of the House may obtain for each sitting two tickets for the admission of strangers from the Clerk of the House, and on each of such tickets he may insert the name of one person, signing also his own name thereon, such ticket to be available for the sitting of the day of which it shall bear date, and no person shall be admitted who does not deliver to the doorkeeper his ticket of admission.
