S.L. const.2 Art. 120AAppointment of standing committees.

As soon as may be, and in any case not later than one month after the House first meets after any general election, it shall appoint the following standing committees:

(i) The Standing Committee on House Business;

(ii) The Standing Committee on Privileges;

(iii) The Standing Committee on Public Accounts;

(iv) The Standing Committee on Foreign and European

Affairs;

(v) The Standing Committee on Social Affairs;

(vi) The Standing Committee on Family Affairs;

(vii) The Standing Committee on Economic and Financial

Affairs;

(viii) the Standing Committee on Health; and

(ix) the Standing Committee on Petitions.

(x) The Standing Committee on Gozo Affairs.

(xi) the Standing Committee on Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence Affairs.

(xii) the Standing Committee on Education.
