S.L. const.2 Art. 103Report of bill.

At the close of the proceedings of a Committee of the House on a bill, the Chairman shall be directed to report the bill to the House with or without amendment; and in case such bill shall be reported with amendments the House may order that the bill be forthwith reprinted with all amendments thereto, and that a copy thereof be delivered to every member.
