S.L. 94.9 Art. 6Notification of election.

If the nominations received exceed the number of vacancies on the Committee an election shall be held. The Commission shall then, as soon as may be, publish a notice in the Government Gazette specifying the place, the days and times during which the election shall be held and the names of the candidates seeking election.
