S.L. 94.9 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -"Chairman" means the Chairman of the Hospital Management Committee; "the Commission" means the Hospital Management Committee Elections Commission established by regulation 3 of these Regulations.

"Committee" means the Hospital Management Committee; "hospital" means St Luke’s Hospital.
