S.L. 94.7 Art. 3Ordinary and special meetings.

(1) Ordinary meetings of the Hospital Management Committee, hereinafter referred to as "the Committee", are to be convened by the Chairman. Notice of the meeting is to be given two clear days before the date of the meeting.

(2) Any five members may request in writing that a special meeting be held, provided that they set forth the object for which the meeting is required. The meeting thus applied for shall be held within two days of the receipt of such request.

(3) Special meetings shall also be held when the Chairman considers that there are urgent matters to be dealt with before the next ordinary meeting.
