S.L. 94.13 Art. 49Temporary registrations. Cap. 31.

(1) A temporary registration shall be made in respect of an apothecary, to whom a licence as provided in article 19(2) of the Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance has been granted by the Minister responsible for Health.

(2) An application for temporary registration shall be made in accordance with the form shown in the Fifth Schedule and, unless the Board otherwise directs, shall be accompanied by the licence granted to the applicant by the Minister responsible for Health.

(3) Such licence shall be returned to the applicant by the Registrar as soon as the Board has determined upon the application.

(4) The certificate of temporary registration shall be in the form shown in the Sixth Schedule.

(5) A temporary registration shall be valid for the period fixed in the licence granted by the Minister responsible for Health as aforesaid.
