The Registrar of the Board shall keep records showing the name of every member and every additional member of the Board, the date of his appointment or election, the authority or the profession by which he has been appointed or elected, the provision of law in accordance with which he has been elected or appointed, his term of office and the date of his retirement, resignation or death.
