S.L. 94.13 Art. 28Closure of meeting.

The proposal for the closure shall be made and seconded without debate, and shall, unless the Chairman shall rule otherwise, be put forthwith. Should the proposal be carried, the motion or amendment under debate shall be at once voted on by the Board.
