S.L. 94.10 Art. 7Proceedings of the Board.

(1) All proceedings of the Board shall be entered in a book kept for the purpose.

(2) The minutes of a meeting shall be read to the Board at the next meeting and shall be signed by the Chairman as confirmed or amended.

(3) Minutes shall be accessible to the members at any time during office hours.
