S.L. 9.28 Art. 3Encouraging the reporting of crime. Cap. 9.

The national point of contact shall encourage the reporting, without undue delay, in particular by financial institutions, of suspected fraud and counterfeiting of non-cash means of payment as referred to in article 310F and article 310H of the Criminal Code.
