In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Code" means the Criminal Code;

"Court" means the Criminal Court;

"Registrar" means the Registrar, Criminal Courts and Tribunals.

"summons" means the summons of jurors issues in accordance with article 608 of the Code.
