S.L. 9.19 Art. 12Adaptation of supervision measures.

(1) Where the nature of the supervision measures is incompatible with the laws of Malta, the court of criminal jurisdiction may adapt the said measures in line with the types of supervision measures which apply, under the laws of Malta, to equivalent offences.

(2) The adapted supervision measure shall correspond as far as possible to that imposed in the issuing State and shall not be more severe than the supervision measure which was originally imposed.
