S.L. 9.15 Art. 7Certificate by Attorney General.

Where the Attorney General receives a confiscation order within the meaning of these regulations, the Attorney General shall, in his own individual judgement and subject to the provisions of regulations 8 and 9, issue a certificate to the effect that the authority which issued a confiscation order has the function of issuing confiscating orders in the issuing State and such certificate shall be conclusive of its contents.
