S.L. 9.15 Art. 10Execution after issue of certificate.

Where a certificate has been issued by the Attorney General under regulation 7, and without the need of any further authority other than the authority conferred by this regulation, the confiscation order shall be executed by the Attorney General in accordance with regulation 11.
