S.L. 9.14 Art. 7Certificate by Attorney General.

Where the Attorney General receives a decision within the meaning of these regulations the Attorney General shall, in his own individual discretion and subject to the provisions of regulation 8, issue a certificate to the effect that the decision is one referred to in the Arrangement and such certificate shall be conclusive of its contents.
