S.L. 9.14 Art. 4Competent authorities.

For the purposes of these regulations:

(a) the Attorney General shall be competent to receive decisions issued in the issuing State and to transmit to the executing State decisions issued in Malta by the courts of criminal jurisdiction;

(b) the courts of criminal jurisdiction shall be competent to issue a decision.
