S.L. 9.14 Art. 14Termination of enforcement.

The enforcement of a decision shall be terminated in any of the following cases:

(a) when information is received from the issuing State of any measure as a result of which the decision ceases to be enforceable or is withdrawn for any reason;

(b) when amnesty or pardon has been granted under the law of Malta or under the law of the issuing State.
