No fees shall be charged for the inspection of a consignment. If a consignment or part thereof which is refused for export is subsequently re-submitted for inspection after re-sorting, regrading or repacking as the case may be. A fee calculated on the basis of €0.005 per container examined shall be charged for the inspection, provided that the fee for the inspection of any one consignment or part thereof shall not be less than fifty-eight cents (0.58).
