S.L. 85.2 Art. 10Inspector to examine all or any of the bags in any consignment.

The inspector may, at his discretion, examine all or any of the bags in any consignment, provided that samples shall be taken for determination of the foreign matter from not less than ten per cent of the bags in the consignment in question.
