Pursuant to Article IV, paragraph 57 and paragraph 86 above, obligations of the inspected State Party shall include:

(a) The right to take measures to protect sensitive installations locations in accordance with this Protocol;

(b) The obligation, when access is restricted within the inspection make every reasonable effort to satisfy the requirements inspection mandate through alternative means.
