S.L. 651.1 Art. 5Force majeure, medical and emergency situations.

The person concerned may leave his place of residence even if he is on curfew in cases of force majeure or medical or emergency situations:

Provided that he shall inform the responsible authority as soon as possible and shall provide justification including, wherever possible, by way of documentation or medical certificates:

Provided further that if the responsible authority is not satisfied that the action of the person concerned is justified, it shall treat the matter as a breach of the conditions attaching to the electronic monitoring order. SCHEDULE I Temporary Recall Order (articles 3, 4 and 8 of the Act)
