(1) In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"competent authority" shall have the same meaning assigned to it in regulation 2 of the Data Protection (Processing of Personal Data by Competent Authorities for the Purposes of the Prevention, Investigation, Detection or Prosecution of Criminal Offences or the Execution of Criminal Penalties) Regulations;

"confirmatory test" shall have the same meaning assigned to it in article 15I of the Ordinance;

"controller" shall have the same meaning assigned to it in regulation 2 of the Data Protection (Processing of Personal

Data by Competent Authorities for the Purposes of the Prevention, Investigation, Detection or Prosecution of Criminal Offences or the Execution of Criminal Penalties) Regulations;

"oral fluid drug test" shall have the same meaning assigned to it in article 15I of the Ordinance;

"Ordinance" means the Traffic Regulation Ordinance;

"preliminary test" shall have the same meaning assigned to it in article 15I of the Ordinance;

"processor" shall have the same meaning assigned to it in regulation 2 of the Data Protection (Processing of Personal Data by Competent Authorities for the Purposes of the Prevention, Investigation, Detection or Prosecution of Criminal Offences or the Execution of Criminal Penalties) Regulations.

(2) Unless the context otherwise requires, words and phrases used in these regulations which are not defined in this regulation shall have the same meaning as is assigned to them in the Ordinance.
