S.L. 65.33 Art. 55Replacement vehicle.

Where a vehicle is rented or leased to a hirer, the operator shall be obliged to provide the hirer with a replacement vehicle from the same category or higher in the event of a break-down, traffic accident or theft so that the hirer may continue to make use of a hired vehicle for the entire duration of the contracted term.
