S.L. 65.33 Art. 32Use of apparatus while driving.

No driver shall drive any light passenger transport vehicle while wearing, or using on both ears, earphones or headphones or any other device which may hinder or is likely to hinder that person from hearing properly, with the exception of two-way communication systems and hands-free devices.
