S.L. 65.33 Art. 19Refusal of service.

An operator shall not have the right to refuse to provide light passenger transport services to any hirer except on reasonable grounds, including, when it is clear from his demeanour, that the hirer is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or where the safety and security of the driver may be at risk.
