S.L. 65.33 Art. 16Fare levied for hire of light passenger transport vehicles.

(1) The fees levied for the provision of light passenger transport services are to be publicised on the operator’s website and all other marketing media by virtue of which an operator chooses to advertise such services.

(2) Furthermore, when such services are booked by means of telephone, email or online, the prospective hirer shall have the right to request the precise amount of the fee which the operator shall levy for the requested service and the operator shall not have the right to charge a fee which is higher than the declared fee unless the hirer increases VEHICLE HIRE SERVICES

the length of the booked trip.
