S.L. 65.33 Art. 14Death or physical or legal incapacity.

In the event of the death or physical or legal incapacity of the natural person in whose name the operator’s licence is granted in terms of regulation 5(3), or of the designated person, the Authority may permit the continuance of the light passenger transport services operation on a temporary basis for a maximum period of nine (9) months until the licence is transferred in the name of a third party.
