S.L. 65.3 Art. 5Fees chargeable.

(1) There shall be charged a fee for any parking period not exceeding twelve hours, or an alternative parking fee which shall allow a motorist to park one particular car any number of times during any one day.

(2) The fees chargeable under sub-regulation (1) of this regulation shall not exceed those fixed from time to time by the Commissioner of Police with the advice of the Traffic Control Board; such fees shall be published in the Government Gazette, and shall be prominently displayed on a notice board in the scheduled parking place:

Provided that such fees may be fixed either generally or for particular scheduled parking places.

(3) There shall be no reservation of parking space for any reason whatsoever.
