S.L. 65.24 Art. 11Failure to settle outstanding arrears.

Where a person fails to settle any outstanding licence arrears on any one vehicle registered in his name, the Authority shall not register, in his name, any other vehicle, whether new or used, until such time that he continues to fail to settle the said outstanding arrears: Provided that the provisions of this regulation shall not apply in respect of companies, partnerships and cooperative societies as defined in the Companies Act.
