S.L. 65.22 Art. 38Marking.

(1) All tanks, tank containers, multiple element gas containers (MEGCs), demountable tanks and transportable pressure equipment must bear a clear and legible mark indicating the tank, container, or pressure equipment is in conformity with these regulations.

(2) Where the tanks, tank containers, multiple element gas containers (MEGCs), demountable tanks and transportable pressure equipment do not bear a mark as required in subregulation (1), the tanks, tank containers, multiple element gas containers (MEGCs), demountable tanks and transportable pressure equipment shall not be placed on the market for sale or used for the transport of dangerous goods.
