S.L. 65.22 Art. 34Existing tanks in operation.

All existing tanks, tank containers, multiple element gas containers (MEGCs), demountable tanks and transportable pressure equipment in operation not certified as mentioned in regulation 33 may be used only in national transport after the said tanks, tank containers, multiple element gas containers (MEGCs), demountable tanks and transportable pressure equipment are checked by the competent authorities and certified as being safe.
