S.L. 65.22 Art. 15Appointment of safety advisers.

(1) Undertakings involved in transport activities of dangerous goods by road, shall each appoint one or more safety advisers for the transport of dangerous goods.

(2) The safety adviser shall assist the undertaking in taking all steps necessary to prevent the risks inherent in such activities with regard to persons, property and the environment.
