S.L. 65.21 Art. 66Exclusions.

The Minister may by regulation exclude from the application of the previous regulation certain vehicles which are declared to be of historical value and used infrequently on the public highway, that were originally equipped with tyres which, when new, had a tread depth of less than 1.6 mm.
