S.L. 65.21 Art. 6Conflict. S.L. 65.11

If anything contained in these regulations is inconsistent or in conflict with the Motor Vehicles Regulations, the present regulations shall prevail, and to the extent of these inconsistencies or conflicts the Motor Vehicles Regulations shall be deemed null and void.
