S.L. 65.21 Art. 47Duty to ensure correct functions.

Where a driver is required to drive a vehicle fitted with new advanced recording equipment, the employer and drivers shall ensure:

(a) the correct functioning and proper use of the recording equipment and any driver card;

(b) that data recorded and stored by recording equipment can be made available for at least 365 days after the date of their recording and that they can be made available under conditions that guarantee the security and accuracy of the data.
