S.L. 65.18 Art. 81BAuthorisation is personal.

Any authorisation granted by the Authority under these regulations may not be assigned or transferred in any way whatsoever to any other person, and any such assignment or transfer to any other person shall be considered null and void and constitute sufficient grounds for the Authority to cancel that authorisation.
