S.L. 65.18 Art. 76Identification tag.

(1) Approved driving instructors shall wear an identification tag, issued for the purpose by the Authority, during instruction and when accompanying a prospective driver while undergoing a driving test.

(2) During instruction, the approved driving instructor shall sit next to the prospective driver and may allow -

(a) another prospective driver to ride in the motor vehicle; and

(b) at the request of the prospective driver, another person to ride on the motor vehicle. P IX ART
