S.L. 65.18 Art. 45AMedical certificate for drivers of passenger and goods vehicles.

As from the 19th January, 2013, holders of driving licences in categories C, CE, C1, C1E, D, DE, D1 and D1E shall, when renewing their driving licence, produce a medical certificate certifying that they still comply with the minimum standard of physical and mental fitness for driving set out in the Eighth Schedule.
