S.L. 65.18 Art. 22Eligibility for an advanced learner’s permit.

Only applicants, who are in possession of a valid driving licence in category B and have held such licence for at least one (1)

month, shall be entitled to an advanced learner’s permit:

Provided that applicants for a category C1 or category C1E

licence shall be exempt from the requirement of having held a category B licence for at least one (1) month.
