S.L. 65.18 Art. 18Eligibility to sit for the theory test.

Only applicants who have attained their eighteenth birthday shall be eligible to sit for the theory test:

Provided that applicants for a category AM driving licence who have attained their sixteenth birthday shall be eligible to sit for the theory test.
