S.L. 647.1 Art. 7Fees not refundable nor prorated.

(1) The fees established and due in terms of these regulations shall not be refundable.

(2) Without prejudice to regulations 5(8) and 6(6), the fees established and due in terms of these regulations shall not be prorated.
